Have we got your up-to-date mobile phone number and address? Please let us know if you have recently changed these so that we can update your records.

Sign up to our online services to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions. See links in home page or enquire at reception.

Our last CQC inspection was in January 2017, when we were rated as 'Good' in all categories. Link to the full report available on the home screen.

Travel Information

Foreign travel vaccinations - ask receptionist for a Travel Clinic Form (or click link below) and allow at least one week for processing. Then give us a call to check what you will need.

You must allow sufficient time before you travel (at least 6 weeks) as not all vaccines can be given at the same time.

There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the link below:

You can also use the above listed site for more information about Yellow Fever, Zika, Rabies and Malaria. We ask that patients read the information relevant to their travel destination in advance of their vaccination appointment. Information can be downloaded onto mobile phones to bring along to your appointment.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge.  This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Yellow Fever

We are a certified Yellow Fever Centre and can administer Yellow Fever vaccinations to anybody; you do not have to be a registered patient here. Please enquire.

Travel Health Questionnaire

To help us offer the appropriate advice, please fill out the online form before coming to see the nurse.
